The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to assist us with our bags and even made us a refreshing coffee to kick-start our day. The rooms were neat and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep for the entire family. Its proximity to the breathtaking Baba Vida fortress and various religious landmarks added an extra touch of cultural exploration to our stay. We also discovered a lovely restaurant nearby, which made dining out convenient and enjoyable.
For families with children, offering a breakfast option would have been a great addition to our stay.

The front desk was always available, even at 3 am when I couldn't sleep because of the uncomfortable bed. But hey, at least there's a flat-screen TV to keep me entertained during my sleepless nights.
Who needs a good night's sleep anyways?

The rooms at Vida Family Hotel are functionally furnished and have a cozy feel. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries is a nice touch. I also loved the air-conditioned rooms and the free wifi - super convenient for my stay!
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion, some might not mind it at all.

I had a Christmas stay at a hotel in Vidin and there were some positive aspects. the hotel was located close to the beautiful Danube River, which was a great advantage for me. I could easily walk to the river and enjoy its beauty. the hotel offered comfortable beds, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. I had a good night's sleep on the cozy bed. Lastly, the hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood, allowing me to relax and have a peaceful stay.
There were also some negative aspects that affected my experience. One disappointment was the poor communication and unprofessional behavior of the owner.

The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore all the attractions in the city of Vidin. The staff was polite and always ready to assist us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Parking was convenient, just outside the hotel. We appreciated the variety of TV channels available. Although there was no breakfast provided, they offered hot water, coffee, and provided utensils for enjoying meals in the room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The functionally furnished rooms at this hotel are a breath of fresh air. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries, making it feel like my own mini spa retreat. And can we talk about the cable TV? It's a life-saver when you need a cozy night in after a long day exploring the city.
Slight flush noises.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English. The small lounge off the reception area had a cool ceiling and plenty of cozy nooks for sitting inside or outside.
Felt fine, no complaints.

The hotel's location was great, close to the beautiful river and the bustling city center. We loved being able to explore the nearby park and take romantic walks along the river. Additionally, the check-in process was quick and hassle-free, making our arrival smooth and easy.
Our romantic escape was marred by a few disappointments. It made it extremely challenging to take a comfortable and relaxing shower.
